In addition to the staff’s offices, the building houses a treasured collection of antique plumbing fixtures and equipment that is a tribute to the history of the profession, and a reminder that “good old-fashioned service” is still the best way to take care of customers. Dementia Friendly Plumbers
Haucke Plumbing & Heating is the first plumber in Sheboygan County to become Dementia Friendly through training from the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Sheboygan County. This training is another useful tool to help us better serve our customers.
Haucke Plumbing Company History
Haucke Plumbing & Heating was founded in 1983 by Gary Haucke and his wife, Letha. Over the past 40 years the business has experienced steady growth and now serves a wide range of customers including food production facilities, schools, apartments, hotels, medical facilities, wastewater treatment repairs and many others. In 2011, ownership was transferred to the next generation, and Mike Haucke is now sole owner. He continues working to grow the family business, which now serves customers in Sheboygan County and across Eastern Wisconsin.

Michael Haucke
Master Plumber, Owner

Michael graduated from Lakeshore Technical College with an Associate Degree in Mechanical design and Journeyman Worker studies. He is a Wisconsin licensed Master Plumber and certified backflow preventer tester. Michael started working part time with the company in 1992 alongside his dad building shelves, and sold his first water heater at age 11.
In addition to his duties managing the company, Michael works on special projects and works closely with project managers and customers to budget, design, install, and complete projects from small to larger projects, specializing in commercial, industrial and the food industry.
Tony Weigert
Master Plumber
25+ years of experience
Tony is a Wisconsin Licensed Master Plumber who has worked in the industry for many years. He is a Project Manager, a foreman on larger projects, and is our lead plumber for medical projects. He is med gas certified and is also a certified tester for backflow preventers. Tony has performed both residential and commercial service work throughout his plumbing career and has been a plumbing foreman for multi-family apartment projects, CBRF’s, schools, and many other projects. Tony’s broad experience has provided him with a wealth of knowledge; he’s an all-around jack-of-all-trades.
Linda Schmidt
Office Manager

Linda has been a valuable part of Haucke Plumbing. She takes care of the daily operations in the office. Linda is responsible for accounts payable and human resources, provides employee support, and so much more.
Josh Kutska
Service Technician
You’ll typically see Josh at your door when you call Haucke Plumbing & Heating with a plumbing problem. He works with our customers to provide all their plumbing & heating needs. Josh has worked in the plumbing field since 2015, was in maintenance for five years before joining our team, and on his off time, you will find him doing projects that include fixing and building.
